1. Fees & Service Model

While your first session is free, we offer the following monthly plans:

• Standard — R1,999/month: 2 therapy sessions per month plus therapist messaging.
• Standard Plus — R2,999/month: 3 therapy sessions per month plus therapist messaging.
• Expert-Led Programs — R800/month: Self-paced therapist-crafted courses with monthly Q&A.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TheSupportiveMinds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TheSupportiveMinds for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license you may not modify, copy, or use the materials commercially.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on TheSupportiveMinds are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall TheSupportiveMinds or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TheSupportiveMinds.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

7. Medical Emergency
